- Significant experience managing engineering managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams.

Solution Design & Architecture

- Extensive experience in solution creation, technology consulting, and designing innovative business and technology solutions.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, cost-effective, and technically robust solutions.
- Robust problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset for addressing customer and business challenges.

Delivery & Program Management

- Hands-on experience managing large-scale technology programs, engineering projects, and product delivery initiatives.
- Proven ability to ensure successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and other modern delivery frameworks.

Business Consulting & Pre-Sales

- Demonstrated success in business consulting, customer engagement, solution presentations, and pre-sales activities.
- Ability to work closely with sales and business teams to identify customer needs,



define value propositions, prepare proposals, and support deal closures.
- Experience in conducting client workshops, solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and commercial discussions.

Operational Excellence

- Strong operational expertise in managing engineering functions, resource planning, utilization, financial targets, governance, and risk management.
- Ability to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor project health, and drive operational efficiencies across teams and programs.
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and processes.

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, technology consulting, delivery management, and engineering leadership roles.
- Experience working in a global delivery environment and managing distributed teams.
- Strong business acumen combined with technical depth and leadership capabilities.

This profile is ideal for a senior engineering leadership role such as Associate General Manager (AGM) / Engineering Director / Head of Engineering with ownership of engineering delivery, solutioning, business consulting, and team management.
