Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to support residential solar sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify potential residential customers through field marketing, research, inbound enquiries, and outbound outreach.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and direct customer engagement.
- Conduct Door-to-Door marketing and field sales activities.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals and contracts.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to drive conversions.
- Coordinate client meetings, demonstrations and field visits.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
- Coordinate with production, logistics and finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Track sales activities and update weekly dashboards.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and MIS for internal reviews.




- Stay updated on solar industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems, net metering, subsidy mechanisms and relevant industry regulations.
- Strong follow-up, documentation and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
