Position: Telecaller – School Admissions

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle parent enquiries and generate interest in school admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents from provided leads.
- Explain school facilities, programs, admission process and offers.
- Follow up with interested parents and schedule campus visits.
- Maintain daily call and enquiry records.
- Coordinate with the Admission Counsellor for further follow-up.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous telecalling/sales experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fluent in English and Kannada/Hindi.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
