Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Business Growth

· Own and deliver annual revenue targets and profitability goals for the showroom.

· Drive sales productivity through effective conversion management, ticket size enhancement, cross-selling, and repeat business generation.

· Develop and execute local market activation plans to maximize customer acquisition and retention.

· Build strong relationships with HNI and premium customers

· Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

Customer Experience Excellence

· Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all customer touchpoints.

· Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and referral generation.

· Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while safeguarding brand reputation.

· Foster a culture of hospitality and personalized selling.

Store Operations & Compliance

· Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the showroom.

· Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, audit requirements, statutory compliances, and inventory controls.

· Monitor showroom profitability through effective cost management.





· Drive productivity and accountability across all functions.

· Conduct regular performance reviews, training interventions, and succession planning.

· Build a strong culture of ownership, discipline, and customer centricity.

Candidate Profile

· Minimum 10+ years of retail experience, with at least 5 years in a Store Head / Senior Store Leadership role.

· Proven track record of independently managing a jewellery, luxury retail, large-format retail, lifestyle, or premium consumer store.

· Must have delivered annual business revenue of ₹40 Crore or above in at least one financial year.

· Experience managing a showroom of 5,000–10,000 sq. ft. or larger.

· Experience leading and managing a team of 40+ employees.

· Graduate in any discipline.

· MBA / PGDM preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
