About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and social-media-savvy intern who is interested in content creation, video editing, graphic design and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form videos, social media trends, storytelling, graphics and visual content.

You will work on content for both our brands — Coworkio and Flights & Docs — and get hands-on experience in the complete content creation process, from idea generation and scripting to shooting, editing, designing and publishing.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, experimenting with new ideas and wants to build practical experience in social media and digital content.

Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation

- Assist in developing creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
- Create and assist with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form videos.
- Research current trends, Reels formats, sounds, hooks and content styles.
- Suggest fresh and engaging Reel ideas and social media concepts.
- Assist in writing basic scripts, hooks, captions and content concepts.
- Help maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Assist with publishing and organizing social media content.
- Monitor basic engagement and identify content opportunities.

Shooting & Videography

- Assist in planning and shooting Reels, promotional videos, office tours, testimonials and behind-the-scenes content.
- Shoot high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Understand basic framing, lighting, composition, camera angles and audio.
- Assist during client shoots, interviews and testimonials.
- Capture behind-the-scenes and real-time content
- Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
- Add:
- Transitions
- Text animations
- Subtitles
- Music




- Sound effects
- Motion graphics
- Basic colour correction
- Create engaging edits suitable for short-form social media.
- Repurpose existing footage into multiple social media formats.
- Organize raw footage and completed videos properly.

Graphic Design

- Create social media graphics, posts, stories and promotional creatives.
- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails and campaign creatives.
- Maintain basic brand consistency across Coworkio and Flights & Docs.
- Assist in creating graphics for offers, campaigns, festivals and special occasions.
- Understand basic layout, typography, colours and visual hierarchy.

AI & Creative Tools

- Explore and use AI tools for:
- Content ideas
- Script writing
- Image generation
- Video generation
- Creative concepts
- Content research
- Experiment with new AI and social media tools to improve content quality and efficiency.

You don't need to know every tool. A strong creative mindset, willingness to learn and good content sense are more important.
