Key Responsibilities
Patient Care:

- Assess patients and document nursing observations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Ensure infection prevention and control practices are followed.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and clinical deterioration.

Documentation

- Maintain accurate and timely nursing records.
- Document assessments, interventions, medications, and patient responses.
- Complete all required reports and handover notes.

Patient & Family Education

- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Promote health education and preventive care practices.

Safety & Quality

- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Report incidents, near misses, and adverse events as per policy.

Infection Control

- Follow hand hygiene and infection control guidelines.




- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.

Communication & Teamwork

- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in shift handovers and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Maintain qualified communication with patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

- B.Sc. Nursing Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Tamilnadu State Nursing Council Registration

Experience

- Fresher or 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience in Oncology, ICU, OT, Radiation Oncology, or Specialty Units preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
