Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other relevant details.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with potential buyers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing, legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on property projects, market trends, competitors,



and pricing.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate, property sales, insurance, banking, or a related sales field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
