Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic runner/peon to support daily office operations by handling outdoor tasks, deliveries, document movement, and general assistance work. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments and help with day-to-day operational activities efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials as required.
- Handle bank work, courier services, and other outdoor errands.
- Assist in transporting files and documents between departments.
- Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain records of deliveries and collections if required.
- Purchase office supplies and materials when needed.
- Assist in loading/unloading and movement of office items.
- Help with opening and closing office activities.
- Run urgent errands and complete assigned tasks within timelines.




- Ensure proper handling and secure delivery of important documents.

Qualifications:

- Minimum: 10th pass or above.
- Prior experience as a runner/peon or support staff preferred.
- Basic reading and communication skills.

Skills & Requirements:

- Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Punctual and responsible attitude.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physically fit and active.
- A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred (if fieldwork is involved).

- Timely completion of assigned tasks and deliveries.
- Accuracy in handling documents and materials.
- Punctuality and attendance.
- Efficiency in completing outdoor and office errands.
- Support responsiveness and task completion rate.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
