Job Description – Quality Analyst | CDQA Process

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality and compliance.
- Conduct quality audits and provide accurate feedback.
- Identify process gaps and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports and audit records.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to associates.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Work closely with the operations and training teams to improve overall quality performance.





Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a day-shift environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
