Job Description

We are looking for ELV Technicians – Freshers and Experienced Candidates to join our technical team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV and security systems, along with basic networking activities related to IP-based systems.

Freshers with a relevant technical qualification and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates with hands-on ELV experience and basic networking knowledge will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot CCTV, Access Control, Public Address (PA), and Audio-Visual (AV) systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP-based CCTV and other network-enabled ELV devices.
- Perform basic networking activities related to ELV and security systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP addresses, subnet masks, gateways, DHCP, and basic TCP/IP connectivity.
- Work with network switches, PoE switches, LAN cabling, and network connectivity for ELV systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, layouts, and equipment manuals.
- Configure ELV system hardware and software as required.
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize system downtime.




- Carry out system testing, commissioning, and performance verification before client handover.
- Ensure installations and maintenance activities comply with safety standards, applicable codes, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, supervisors, and other technicians to complete projects efficiently.
- Provide technical support and basic operational guidance to clients.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues at project sites.
- Maintain and properly manage tools, testing equipment, materials, and company assets.
- Support project execution by providing technical inputs regarding manpower, materials, and timelines.
- Stay updated on new ELV technologies, networking practices, products, and industry best practices.
- Attend regular technical/team meetings and report project progress, site issues, and technical requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation related to installation, testing, commissioning, service, and maintenance activities.
- Perform other technical duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
