Role Description The Billing Executive role at MPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Billing Executive will manage end-to-end billing processes, including preparing invoices, verifying billing data, and ensuring timely submission to clients. Daily responsibilities include reconciling billing records with project and finance data, tracking payments, and resolving billing discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and customer contacts. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, updating billing reports, and supporting audits or reviews related to telecom infrastructure projects. The Billing Executive will also collaborate with finance and operations to improve billing efficiency, maintain compliance with company policies, and support management with regular billing and collection status updates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Billing Process and Invoicing skills to manage end-to-end billing operations.




- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and Analytical Skills to reconcile accounts, interpret data, and prepare accurate reports.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding billing and payment matters.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools, with familiarity in ERP or billing software considered an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in billing, accounts, or finance operations, ideally in telecom or infrastructure sectors, is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and a high level of integrity in handling financial information are essential.
