About the Role

Aarav Tech Services LLP is looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing Team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing email campaigns, generating leads, engaging prospects, and supporting overall digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for international clients/prospects.

* Create engaging email content, subject lines, and campaign templates.

* Manage email databases, lists, segmentation, and contact hygiene.

* Develop email campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, follow-ups, and promotions.

* Monitor key metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, Bounce Rate, and Conversion Rate.

* Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

* Schedule and manage email campaigns using email marketing/automation tools.

* Maintain proper tracking and reporting of campaign performance.





* Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Lead Generation teams.

* Ensure email campaigns follow best practices and avoid spam-related issues.

* Research target audiences and identify opportunities to improve engagement and lead generation.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Email Marketing.

* Good written English and communication skills.

* Understanding of email campaign creation, segmentation, and automation.

* Knowledge of email marketing metrics and campaign optimization.

* Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Brevo, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.

* Comfortable working in a night shift.
