URGENT JOB OPENING – CORPORATE MARKETING / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented professional to develop B2B corporate business for Gold, Silver and Premium Corporate Gifting solutions.

JOB DETAILS

Position: Corporate Marketing / Business Development Executive
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives / Commission
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: 1 day per week – Not Fixed
Holidays: As per company holiday calendar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and approach corporates, SMEs, hospitals, hotels, institutions and other B2B clients.
Generate qualified leads through telephone calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and direct meetings.
Promote and pitch Gold, Silver and Premium Corporate Gifting Solutions.
Establish contact with HR, Procurement, Administration, Marketing and senior decision-makers.
Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
Understand client requirements and prepare suitable business proposals and quotations.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert business opportunities into confirmed orders.
Develop long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
Generate repeat business and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Maintain an updated lead, prospect and sales pipeline.
Track follow-ups, negotiations, order status and business development activities.
Submit regular sales and progress reports to management.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of confirmed corporate orders.

CORPORATE GIFTING BUSINESS

The selected candidate will focus on developing B2B opportunities for Gold, Silver and premium corporate gifting products,



approaching organisations for occasions such as employee recognition, corporate events, awards, celebrations, client gifting and other institutional requirements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, networking and direct business acquisition.
Confident in conducting corporate meetings with decision-makers.
Able to independently prepare PowerPoint presentations, proposals and business documents.
Proactive, skilled and target-oriented approach.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
Experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Corporate Gifting, Jewellery or Luxury Products will be preferred.
Existing corporate / institutional contacts will be an advantage.

PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE / COMMISSION

In addition to the fixed monthly salary, eligible candidates may receive performance-based incentives or commission.

High-value corporate orders may carry additional performance-based commission depending on the order value and profitability.
