Job Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to customers in the Australian and UK markets.
- Promote and sell energy-related products/services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable energy plans or services.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication with international customers.
- Follow the assigned sales script, process guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Handle customer objections effectively and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Consistently meet quality, productivity and conversion targets.
- Shift timing may vary according to business requirements
- Transportation/meal benefits as applicable
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 months to 1 year of hardcore sales experience.
- International outbound sales experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Comfortable handling outbound calls and sales targets.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates from BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, International Sales or Energy Sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
