Job DescriptionQualification: NCCAIE/PYP trained Graduates/Post Graduates with B.Ed for the following subject: Mathematics with relevant 5 years of experience. NScope of Work: NAs a Primary Teacher at SVKM J. V. Parekh International School, you will be required to perform the following duties: Nn Understand and completely internalize the SVKM's quality policy with regard to the Primary Education, including the developed curriculum and Teaching-learning strategy under the overall guidance of the Principal of SVKM J. V. Parekh International School. N To be responsible for the implementation of the syllabus of the subject assigned or the class allotted, with full participation and involvement. N To be accountable to the SVKM Management through the head of the school in respect of the class-room performance and the performance on all other scholastic and co-scholastic activities. N Make all possible efforts to maintain and improve the attendance in the school. N Assist the Principal asrequired in the general organization of the school activities holding periodical & terminal examination, in arranging co-curricular activities.



N Set question papers forterm & other examinations in the subject assigned to you as per plan that is prepare by the Principal and assess answer papers judiciously. N Plan Scheme of Work forteaching your respective subject / class based on guidelines along with the Internal Assessment and feedback strategies. N Plan support system forstudents in your respective subject. N Access Online Curriculum websites periodically and utilize the subject specific teacher support wherever necessary. N Assist Primary Coordinator and Principal in updating folders with essential authorization documents for the visiting team/s of the respective curricular bodies. N Assist Pre-Primary Coordinator in following up with Library for e-resources, subscription to e-magazines etc. N Assist Primary Coordinator to organize meetings with parents. N Assist Primary Coordinator to organize orientation sessions for students. N Collaborate regularly with other teachers for productive and effective implementation of the programme. N Undergo and successfully complete Orientation courses. N
