Description

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our users, assisting with hardware and software issues, and ensuring a smooth IT experience for all staff.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and update knowledge base articles.
- Support network connectivity issues and assist with network troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).




- Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Positive communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
