We are seeking a skilled Varicent Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing Varicent solutions to enhance our sales performance management processes.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Varicent SPM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Varicent applications for performance and efficiency.
- Maintain documentation of development processes and system configurations.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3-10 years of experience in Varicent SPM development.
- Proficient in Varicent ICM and its modules.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
- Experience in data modeling and data integration.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team workplace.
