Position: Service & Works Manager
Location: Kottayam & Chungam
Experience: 8–12 Years of relevant experience in Automobile Service / Dealership Workshop / Service Operations / Workshop Management / Team Management.
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Salary: Upto 7.2 LPA Key Requirements & Responsibilities * Manage overall service and workshop operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
* Lead, supervise, and motivate the service advisors, technicians, and workshop team.
* Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, service quality, and turnaround time.
* Ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles as per customer commitments.
* Drive service revenue, labour sales, workshop profitability, and operational targets.
* Handle customer complaints and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
* Ensure proper vehicle diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and quality inspection.
* Monitor technician performance, job allocation,



and manpower utilization.
* Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety procedures, and dealership policies.
* Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Customer Relations, and other departments for smooth operations.
* Monitor key workshop KPIs including vehicle inflow, labour hours, technician productivity, CSI, repeat repairs, and turnaround time.
* Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat service business.
* Maintain proper service records, reports, and workshop documentation.
* Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of workshop equipment and facilities.
* Identify training and development requirements for the service team.
* Demonstrate robust experience in Automobile Dealership / Workshop / Service Operations.
* Ensure achievement of assigned service, revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
