Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365 to design, develop, customize, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics CRM.

The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and Azure, with the ability to develop scalable applications, automate business processes, integrate systems, and work closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows.
- Integrate Power Platform applications with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and third-party APIs.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Power Platform solutions.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX within Power Apps.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and support existing Power Platform/Dynamics solutions.
- Perform advanced Dataverse data modeling and management.
- Implement RBAC, security roles, governance, and data security.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.

- Experience connecting Power Platform with Azure.
- SSIS / SSRS.
- Power Fx.
- Dataverse, SharePoint Lists,



and SQL Server.
- Experience building and using Custom Connectors.
- JavaScript / TypeScript / JSON.
- Power BI.
- Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio.
- Microsoft Teams Integration.

Qualifications
- 6+ years relevant experience in Dynamics CRM / Power Platform.
- Minimum 5+ years of Power Platform development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Preferred certifications:
- PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate
- PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant
- PL-100 Power Platform App Maker
