Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, handle multiple vacancies, and drive timely and quality hiring. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and confident in stakeholder and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to improve hiring quality and turnaround time.
- Handle candidate communication, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and updates in ATS.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and job fairs.
- Travel to other states for recruitment drives and business requirements.
- Support employer branding and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong end-to-end recruitment and sourcing expertise.
- Experience handling multiple and volume hiring.
- Strong stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate handling skills.




- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS.
- Strong talent pipeline development skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; HR specialization preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Accounting, Finance, KPO/BPO, IT, or Professional Services will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
