- AEM Asset Management Issue resolution
- AEM Asset Bulk Load (Groovy scripts)
- AEM Blogs issue resolution & User management
- SSO integration - customer facing
- Translation services issue management
- Quoting / ecommerce issue management

- Ensure all AEM components, websites, and digital experiences are designed and developed in compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1, Section 508, and ADA.
- Apply best practices for accessible design, including color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and alternative text for images.
