Responsibilities

- Develop and implement dance curriculum for students of various ages and skill levels.
- Conduct dance classes focusing on technique, creativity, and performance.
- Prepare students for dance recitals and competitions.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages self-expression and teamwork.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff for events and programs.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in various dance styles (e.g., ballet, contemporary, hip-hop).
- Robust understanding of dance techniques and choreography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their potential.
- Knowledge of dance history and theory.
- Certification in dance or education is a plus.
