We are looking for a growth hacker to lead our growth story.

0 → 1. You build growth.

Your mission: How do we grow chotu 100X

SEO, ads, referrals, product, UX, offline — whatever works.

Who are we looking for

A founding member / early employee who has lived through 0 → 1.

5+ years ideal. Consumer internet, growth, product, marketing, SEO or similar.

Full time only. No agencies or freelancers.

Why chotu

Local commerce is massive. We believe the answer is not changing the shopkeeper — it is changing ourselves.

1. Keep it simple
2. Stay focused
3. Iterate relentlessly

What you can expect

Small team. High ownership. Absolute autonomy. Target-based incentives.

For exceptional value creation: meaningful equity and a potential co-founder-level status.

We are looking for builders, not employees.

This isn't for someone who needs a big team, big budget, detailed instructions or permission to experiment.

Location

In-office, Hyderabad/Bangalore.
