*Experience:* 1–3 Years of relevant experience in *Sales / Business Development / Fintech / Digital Payments / Telecom / Retail / B2B / B2C Sales*.
*Qualification:* Any Graduate
*Salary:* Upto 5 LPA
*Key Requirements & Responsibilities*
* Identify and approach potential *customers, merchants, retailers, businesses,* and other relevant prospects.
* Generate leads through *field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking,* and local market activities.
* Present and demonstrate the *Prepaid Wallet* and clearly explain its features, benefits, and usage.
* Acquire and onboard *new customers and merchants* as per company processes.
* Drive *wallet activation, usage,* and transaction volumes among acquired customers.
* Build and maintain solid *customer and merchant relationships*.
* Achieve assigned *monthly and quarterly acquisition, activation,* and transaction targets.




* Conduct regular *field visits* and map the assigned territory for new business opportunities.
* Understand *competitor offerings* and provide relevant market feedback to the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of *leads, prospects, onboarding,* and sales activities through the CRM/reporting system.
* Submit regular reports on *sales performance, market activities, customer feedback,* and pipeline.
* Demonstrate strong *communication, sales, negotiation,* and convincing abilities.
* Drive *new customer/merchant acquisition, wallet activation,* and active wallet usage.
* Demonstrate basic understanding of *Digital Payments / Prepaid Wallets / UPI / POS / Fintech Products*.
* Candidates with experience in *Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition / Fintech / Digital Payments / Telecom / Retail / Financial Products* will be preferred.
