What you'll do

- Design, build, deploy, and support features across our services.
- Own backend modules end to end and ship scalable, distributed systems alongside Product, Design, and QA.
- Build highly scalable, multi-tier, distributed backend systems.
- Own the performance and stability of applications and infrastructure.
- Evaluate and adopt new tools and practices that speed up delivery.

What we're looking for

- 2–3 years of backend experience at product companies.
- CS/Engineering degree (IITs / top NITs preferred).
- Expertise in Java/J2EE or .NET (C#) and design patterns.
- Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and multithreading.
- Experience building scalable web services.
- Proficiency with MySQL / Postgres / SQL Server / MongoDB.
- Experience with profiling, performance tuning, and writing unit and automation tests.
- Experience with e-commerce applications.
- Agentic development with AI coding agents like Claude Code or Codex.
