Robust Knowledge of Indian Payroll Processing & Compliance

End-to-End Payroll Operations Experience

Advanced MS Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.)

Payroll Reconciliation & Reporting Experience

Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills

Experience with SAP Payroll, ADP, Workday, Oracle HCM or Similar Payroll Systems (Preferred)

Process Improvement & Automation Exposure

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll operations

• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and operational dashboards

• Support payroll audits, statutory compliance, and documentation

• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

• Ensure timely resolution of payroll-related queries and exceptions
