We are hiring experienced professionals for a Tech Support Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have robust English communication skills and prior experience in an international voice process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Provide technical assistance and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th pass.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Minimum 1 year of chat support experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Job Details
- Process: Tech Support – Voice
- Experience: 1+ year
- Shift: Rotational shifts with 2 rotational weekly offs
- CTC: Up to ₹34,000 per month
- Take-home: Approximately ₹28,000 per month
- Location: ITPL, Bangalore
- Cab: 2-way cab facility
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years
