We are looking for a proactive Recruitment & Client Sourcing Executive to source trainers and consultants and to build relationships with companies that have hiring or training requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source candidates and trainers through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial calls and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain the candidate and trainer database and follow up with them regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
2. Client Sourcing
- Identify and connect with companies that have training or hiring requirements.
- Source HR/TA contacts and generate recent client opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies for repeat business.
- Follow up with prospects and support client onboarding.
