Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and conducting lead generation activities through calls, meetings, and digital outreach. The Business Development Executive will meet with prospective and existing clients, understand their recruitment and staffing needs, and propose suitable SHRS solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, monitoring market trends, and providing regular reports on business development activities and performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid New Business Development and Lead Generation skills,



with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business relationship-building skills to support long-term client partnerships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
- Relevant experience in HR solutions, recruitment, staffing, or B2B services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and market research methods is an advantage.
