Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Demo and Charge Entry Specialist. This role involves accurate data entry for demo and charge transactions, ensuring all records are maintained and updated in our systems.

Responsibilities

- Perform data entry for demo and charge transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update records in the database as necessary.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across systems.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as requested by management.
- Respond to inquiries related to data and provide support to team members.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valuable communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and accounting principles.
