Role Overview

The role involves completing assigned workflows in Stripe, documenting the process, and providing structured information based on practical Stripe usage. The project also includes creating workflow prompts and evaluation guidelines to support an AI-related project. Stripe_Specialist_JD (2)

What You’ll Do

- Complete assigned workflows involving customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and transactions
- Navigate and use relevant Stripe features
- Record your screen while completing assigned workflows
- Document the steps, tools, and actions used
- Create realistic prompts and detailed workflow rubrics

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with Stripe
- Experience in payments, billing, subscriptions, invoicing, refunds, disputes, or financial operations
- Comfortable independently navigating Stripe
- Ability to record and share your screen during assigned workflows
- Robust attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience in finance, payments, SaaS, or e-commerce environments is preferred
- Prior experience with data annotation, AI evaluation, or similar projects is a plus
