*Experience*: Minimum 20 years(Minimum 3 to 4 years in single company. Candidate skipping companies in a span of 1 to 2 years will not be considered)

*Salary*: Up to ₹30 LPA

*Job Overview:*

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic *HR Head* to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the *Automotive, Precision Components, Machining, Aerospace, and Engineering industries*. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker capable of driving HR initiatives that align with business goals.

*Key Responsibilities*

Lead the overall HR function and develop HR strategies aligned with businessobjectives.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding,manpower planning, performance management and employee engagement.





Lead Industrial Relations, union management, grievance handling and disciplinary matters.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and contractor compliance.

Manage compensation, payroll, increments, incentives and employee benefits.

Drive talent development, succession planning, training and leadership development.

Solid leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

To manage the complete HR function and work closely with CEO / MD.

Strong experience in Manufacturing / Precision Engineering / Aerospace / Engineering Components industry.

*Qualifications and Experience:*

Minimum 20 years of progressive HR experience in Automotive, Precision Components, Machining, Aerospace, or Engineering sectors.

Proven leadership experience in managing large and diverse HR teams.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry standards.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
