Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end operations of assigned department(s), ensuring optimal product availability, visual merchandising, and superior customer service delivery.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to ensure productivity, compliance with organizational standards, and continuous professional development.
- Execute strategic business plans for the department by analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and aligning with organizational objectives.
- Drive sales targets, monitor stock levels, and implement measures for inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and wastage control.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational protocols within the department.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide regular feedback, and administer incentive or corrective actions as required.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat patronage.
- Prepare and submit operational and sales reports, contributing insights for department improvements and business growth.
