Responsibilities
- Provide specialized medical care and treatment for pediatric patients within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and Outpatient Department (OPD).
- Manage critical and acute cases involving newborns and children, ensuring immediate and effective intervention in emergency situations.
- Administer and oversee immunization programs to protect the pediatric population from preventable diseases.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, formulate diagnosis, and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes across all pediatric units.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of qualified experience in pediatric healthcare.
- Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience in managing ICU, NICU, PICU, and OPD environments.
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric immunization protocols and neonatal care.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide critical care to vulnerable patient groups.
