Job Description:

1.Business Development & Market Expansion

- Drive business growth by expanding Acme Services' presence across

- Mumbai and PAN India.

- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities through networking,

- market research, referrals, and strategic outreach.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and

- increase market share.

2. End-to-End Sales Cycle Management

- Own the complete business development lifecycle, including lead

- generation, prospecting, client meetings, presentations, proposal

- preparation, commercial negotiations, and client onboarding.

- Understand client hiring and workforce requirements and propose

- tailored recruitment solutions.

- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve

- revenue targets.

3. Client Relationship Management

- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-

- makers and stakeholders.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and drive repeat business





- through exceptional account management.

- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and long-term

- partnerships.

4. Collaboration & Delivery Excellence

- Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure

- successful execution of client mandates.

- Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal

- stakeholders to ensure timely closures and service excellence.

- Monitor client feedback and implement measures to strengthen client

- engagement and retention.

5. Revenue & Performance Management

- Achieve assigned revenue, client acquisition, and profitability targets.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

- to identify growth opportunities.

- Prepare and present regular business reports, forecasts, and pipeline

- updates to management.
