The Role

We are looking for a GTM Specialist to run outbound execution across customer accounts using Kris@Work. This role sits at the center of our execution engine: building deep relationships with client stakeholders, embedding yourself within their GTM motions, and generating qualified pipeline.

What You'll Do

- Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone to create meaningful conversations and build a strong pipeline.
- Develop account-specific outreach strategies by researching prospects, understanding their business context, and identifying the right stakeholders.
- Engage, qualify,



and nurture prospects through relevant, personalised conversations that move opportunities forward.
- Manage outbound motions across multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent execution, follow-ups, and communication.
- Track campaign performance and continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outreach approaches to improve engagement and conversion.

Experience We're Looking For

- 3+ years in a client-facing outbound or revenue role with direct experience managing relationships with client stakeholders.
- A proven track record of pipeline or meetings generated through your own client-facing outbound work.
- Comfort representing a client's brand and messaging accurately when speaking to their prospects.
- Ability to manage outbound execution for several clients at once while keeping each client relationship distinct and well-represented.
