Key Responsibilities Lead Business Applications and digital transformation initiatives. Manage CRM, WMS, HRMS, TMS, Web Portal, B2B E-commerce and Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies. Drive Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM-based automation, AI Agents and Predictive Analytics. Drive AI use cases for predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, Computer Vision and supply-chain optimization. Lead IoT, Digital Twins, Robotics and AI-based quality initiatives. Interface business applications with SAP HANA ERP and lead SAP C4C / B2B Commerce initiatives. Establish AI strategy, governance, MLOps and an AI Centre of Excellence. Manage technology partners, vendors, project delivery, budgets and senior stakeholders. Build and upskill high-performing AI/IT teams. Key Requirements 10+ years of overall experience; 6–7 years in senior IT leadership.



Senior IT leadership experience in a large/mid-sized manufacturing organization. Experience implementing or overseeing AI/ML, Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions. Experience with LLM applications, RAG, prompt engineering and AI agents. Mandatory: SAP B2B Commerce and SAP C4C implementation experience. Experience with SAP HANA integration and enterprise applications. Exposure to IoT, Digital Twins, Robotics and AI/ML for manufacturing is an advantage. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and sizeable teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering discipline preferred.
