Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team at our South Bopal, Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and proficiency in tally accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Accounting Software including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes accurately and on time

- Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely compliance

- Deduct and deposit TDS as per applicable provisions and assist in TDS return filing

- Coordinate with banks for day-to-day banking transactions, fund transfers, and documentation

- Maintain and reconcile ledgers and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded

- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports





- Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation

- Manage petty cash and expense records

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting/finance

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime accounting software

- Working knowledge of GST (filing, reconciliation, compliance)

- Working knowledge of TDS deductions and filings

- Familiarity with Banking operations and reconciliation

- Good command of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and Word)

- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
