Job Description

We are the AI Experience Framework (AIUX) team that builds the platform that powers ServiceNow's AI-first user interfaces. Using modern Lit-based web components, AIUX builds modular, reusable conversational experiences that serve as the technical foundation for conversation-first applications like Employee Slate. This role owns full-stack architectural decisions in a modern JavaScript/component-driven environment, working across AI integration, performance scale, and multi-team coordination — spanning our SSR runtime (server-rendered Lit components, versioned request routing, isolated execution pools) and the ServiceNow Glide platform layer it integrates with.

- Build high-quality, clean,



scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
- Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
- Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
- Help design and implement recent products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
