We are hiring a Production Manager for a leading prefabricated structures and modular construction company producing prefab homes, offices, E-houses, hospitals, laboratories, workshops, classrooms, dormitories, security cabins and customized prefab structures. The Production Manager will manage end-to-end production from order receipt to final delivery, ensuring quality, timely execution, and efficient resource utilization.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production activities from order receipt to final delivery.
- Handle order planning, material calculation, sourcing and procurement coordination.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work with AutoCAD to translate designs into production plans.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely execution to meet delivery timelines.
- Manage manpower, assign tasks, and supervise production teams on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor quality, material utilization, production timelines, and output; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure smooth production workflow and on-time delivery of prefabricated structures.
- Maintain production records, progress reports, and escalate issues to senior management as required.





Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 4–5+ years of experience in fabrication or the prefabricated structures / modular construction industry.
- Proven experience in production planning, shop floor management, and team supervision.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using AutoCAD for production-related tasks.
- Strong understanding of material calculation, procurement processes, and vendor management.
- Positive communication skills and ability to coordinate across production, procurement and quality teams.
- Salary: Up to 50,000 per month.
- Gender: Male preferred.
