Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex and high‑profile accounts using defined collection strategiesOwn and control aged receivables as per SLAs and performance metricsImplement and remove service stops as per process guidelinesReview UMCC and on‑account payments in line with ICMP standardsIdentify potential write‑offs and support aged debt clearanceDrive quarterly and monthly debt & cash target achievementsExecute end‑to‑end dunning processes and handle legal escalationsIdentify and support continuous process and system improvementsCollaborate with administrators and team leads to close knowledge gapsEnsure strict adherence to best‑in‑class collection standards.





Background & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in OTC – Collections (Mandatory)Finance background preferred(B.Com / MBA – Finance will be an advantage)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to work in night shiftsProven track record of meeting targets and SLAsStrong working knowledge of MS OfficeCustomer‑focused mindset with strong negotiation skillsAnalytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilityExposure to project methodology is a plus
