Job Summary

We are currently looking for a dependable Senior Guest Relations Executive for a customer and business-facing role in Gurugram. The role involves regular interaction with guests, clients, corporate contacts or event stakeholders.

This is a hands-on position, with visibility into customers, business performance and the practical work required to keep things moving. We are looking for someone organised, responsive and comfortable taking ownership when several conversations or activities are moving at the same time.

Requirements

- Experience: 2-5 years (robust candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered)
- Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant
