Responsibilities
- Speaking with students, parents or institutional stakeholders.
- Understanding requirements.
- Explaining programmes or services.
- Following up on enquiries.
- Keeping records updated.
- Coordinating with academic, operations and sales teams so that commitments made to prospects are followed through.
- This is a hands-on position, with visibility into customers, business performance and the practical work required to keep things moving.
Qualifications
- The expected experience range is 2-5 years; robust candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
- Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
- People who enjoy meaningful conversations, build trust naturally and are comfortable working towards clear monthly outcomes will do well here.
