About the Role

- TruIntel Reform Foundation is seeking energetic, target-driven Sales Advisors to join our office-based sales team in Laxmi Nagar.
- This role focuses on promoting and selling our Honorary Doctorate (HD) recognition programmes and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training and certification programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to connect with prospective leads
- Clearly and professionally explain the HD and POSH programmes to prospects
- Identify customer needs and convert qualified leads into enrolments
- Follow up consistently with leads via calls and other communication channels
- Address customer questions and handle sales objections effectively
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activity
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers




- Leverage available content, event videos, and organizational achievements to build credibility in sales conversations

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive communication style
- Robust sales and negotiation ability
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Prior experience in tele-sales, counselling, education sales, or B2C sales is an advantage
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills also welcome)
