Job Summary

We are looking for a Student Success Executive to join a growing team in Gurugram / Noida.

The role involves speaking with students, parents or institutional stakeholders, understanding requirements, explaining programmes or services, following up on enquiries and keeping records updated.

You will coordinate with academic, operations and sales teams so that commitments made to prospects are followed through.

Requirements

- People who enjoy meaningful conversations, build trust naturally and are comfortable working towards explicit monthly outcomes will do well here.
- The role is suitable for someone who wants clear responsibility and room to grow rather than a position where every activity is closely supervised.
- The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
- Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
