The position is intended for an experienced qualified who can independently own a significant business area, lead a team and work comfortably with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Translate business objectives into practical plans.
- Review performance through clear metrics.
- Coach team members.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and step in to resolve issues when priorities change.
- Depending on the assignment, the role may involve revenue ownership, key accounts, vendor or partner management, budgeting, and process improvement.
- Regular management reporting.
Requirements
- Based in Delhi NCR.
- 8-13 years of relevant experience.
- Has handled similar responsibilities in a structured organisation.
- Communicates confidently and is comfortable balancing commercial goals with customer experience and team development.
