We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Business Development to lead business development responsibilities for a growing business or client assignment.

The position is intended for an experienced professional who can independently own a significant business area, lead a team and work comfortably with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Independently own a significant business area, lead a team and work comfortably with senior stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into practical plans, review performance through transparent metrics, coach team members, manage internal and external stakeholders and step in to resolve issues when priorities change.
- Depending on the assignment, the role may involve revenue ownership, key accounts, vendor or partner management, budgeting, process improvement and regular management reporting.

Requirements

- The role is based in Gurugram / Delhi NCR.
- Requires 8-12 years of relevant experience.
