Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a Guest Relations Manager to take up a meaningful commercial role in Noida / Delhi NCR. We are looking for someone organised, responsive and comfortable taking ownership when several conversations or activities are moving at the same time. There is scope to take on more responsibility as performance develops, particularly for candidates who demonstrate ownership and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

- Regular interaction with guests, clients, corporate contacts or event stakeholders.
- Handle enquiries, proposals, bookings, follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure the customer experience remains smooth from first conversation through delivery.
- Take ownership when several conversations or activities are moving at the same time.
- Opportunity to take on more responsibility as performance develops.

Requirements

- Experience: 3-7 years; robust candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
- Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
