We are looking for a Retail Relationship Manager to join a growing team in Chandigarh. The person will interact directly with customers, understand preferences, present suitable products or services, follow up on enquiries and contribute to store or business targets. The role also involves maintaining presentation standards, keeping customer information organised and working closely with the wider store team. A polished communication style, genuine interest in customers and the ability to stay composed during busy periods are important. The role is suitable for someone who wants clear responsibility and room to grow rather than a position where every activity is closely supervised. The expected experience range is 3-7 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered. Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
