Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Finacle and Core Banking Testing to join our team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage testing activities for Finacle/Core Banking projects.
- Plan and execute test strategies, test plans, and test execution.
- Manage testing teams and coordinate with business, development, and project stakeholders.
- Review test scenarios, test cases, defects, and testing deliverables.
- Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and timelines.
- Handle SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and functional testing activities.
- Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders and management.
- Ensure adherence to quality and testing processes.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finacle and Test Management.




- Strong hands-on experience in Finacle/Core Banking testing.
- Experience managing testing teams and end-to-end testing activities.
- Valuable understanding of core banking modules such as CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Trade Finance, and Customer Management.
- Experience in defect management and test reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Only candidates with Domestic Banking project experience are required.
- Candidates with international banking experience only will not be considered.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. IT/Computer Science or equivalent.

CTC: Up to 20 LPA, based on experience and suitability.

Location: Chennai
Work Mode: WFO
